About Us

We believe that within every individual lies the power to transform through reconnecting with oneself, with others and with the natural world. Our yoga studio, nestled in the heart of Schwarzpark, offers a supportive space where — whether you are just beginning or are an advanced practitioner — you will find classes designed to support your unique path of growth, exploration, and well-being.

As three friends brought together through yoga and deeply transformed by its practice, we are grateful for the opportunity to share what it has given us. Everything we do — from the way the space is designed to how we teach and connect with our community, reflects our commitment to respect and honour all beings and the world around us.

The space in which you will practice is not just ours alone. It belongs to a growing community shaped by shared values of harmony, balance, and care. We warmly invite you to become a part of it. Join us in a space to move, be moved, express your authentic self, and to explore both strength and stillness in your own way.

After 13 years of artistic swimming, yoga was a revelation. Having trained my body to perform under harsh conditions - often with a lack of oxygen - I had to relearn how to breathe and redefine my understanding of ‘performance.’ This process led me to a deeper sense of inner peace. Today, breath and presence remain at the heart of my teaching. I’m constantly exploring: How can I create a space that supports calm, consistent breathing?
How can a class prioritize feeling good over looking good?
And how can I respectfully share tools from yoga’s rich tradition to help others cultivate a more sustainable relationship with performance, self-love, and contentment?

My teaching path has taken me through various trainings -- in Basel with B. Yoga, in Guatemala with the Kula Collective, and around the world with Simon Park. I’m grateful to support others as they navigate their own journey through yoga.

My classes aim to blend strength with softness, offering not just physical guidance but practical tools that students can carry with them off the mat.

After years of practicing yoga, it felt natural for me to pursue it more deeply -- not only to refine my own understanding, but also to share the beauty of this physical and, above all, spiritual practice. In 2022, I completed the 250-hour Vinyasa Krama Teacher Training and began teaching in various yoga studios.

In 2024, shortly after the birth of my daughter, I completed the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, which brought fresh inspiration and new dimensions to my Vinyasa practice and teaching.

As a creative soul with a background in architecture and design, I was instantly drawn to the art of teaching yoga. I love the process of crafting each class -- from breathwork and movement to meditation -- which constantly inspires me and encourages creative expression.

In 2025, I completed the Kids Yoga Teacher Training and experienced the pure joy of sharing yoga with my little girl for the first time.

My classes are characterised by a dynamic and creative flow where you will find space to explore breathing, movement and intentions in an innovative way to feel recharged, light yet stable at the same time.

Like many others, I first came to yoga for its physical benefits. The movement, strength, and flexibility naturally complemented my athletic lifestyle. But what began as a physical practice quickly became much deeper. Yoga became a steady anchor during times when I felt disconnected and overwhelmed, providing me with a safe space to reconnect -- with myself, others and the present moment.

This sense of connection also lies at the heart of why I teach. I believe yoga has a powerful way of bringing people together -- and back to themselves. After more than a decade of dedicated practice and multiple years of teaching (with qualifications in Vinyasa Krama and in Kids Yoga), I remain committed to growing these connections, both personally and collectively.

My classes are designed to provide a playful and open space where everyone is empowered to explore their unique practice. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the style and time of day, always infused with a touch of fire to ignite your inner spark.
